Dr. Beer: Homebrew Bottle Exchange (Antwerp)

Take your finest home brews with you and do a blind taste with all the other homebrewers of your beer. Can you taste which one is yours? at the end you can exchange beers with eachother!
—–script of the evening—–
– Take maximum 2 kinds of beer with you and exactly 6 bottles of each. Take them to Dr. Beer by 18h the latest. Preferably a day beforehand. So all bottles can be cooled.
– Give us the name of the beer + the style.
-and now for the fun part. Be present at 20h00 or send someone who knows your beer by heart. Each beer will be send out in a black glass in a random order. without telling you which one it is. We will take the time to taste and enjoy.
-We will write down what we like and dislike about the beer without giving a number or stars or whatever. Putting a number on someones passion in one set time isn’t what we want to do. In a different circumstance or state of mind you will most likely give the same beer a different quoting.
– finally we will reveal the beers and you will have the opportunity to exchange bottles.
