Lowlander Tap Take Over @London

27/08/2023 @ 12:00 - 23:30 CEST

At Lowlander we love Belgian beer and we went above and beyond to source the rarest kegs we could find for you! For the whole week of the 21-27th of August we have selected 4 very special beers, rarely found on draught.

Here’s what our 15 taps are going to dispense for you:

Brugse Zot Blond, Bavik Super Pils, Lowlander Pils, Troubadour Magma, Westmalle Dubbel, St Bernardus, Prior Dubbel, Oud Beersel Lambic Chen Pi Tangerine, Blanche de Bruxelles, Lindemans Kriek, De Koninck, Kasteel Rouge, Vedet IPA, La Chouffe, Bonsecours Heritage Ambree, Delirium Tremens

Special:
Bavik Super Pils
The noble hops provide a crispy and pleasant softness. Full-bodied character with a fresh bitterness. Bavik Super Pils obtains its unique taste and aroma from its exceptional brewing process. Our pilsner has not been diluted, we only use aroma hops, guarantee a long and cold maturation process, and pasteurization is out of the question. Those four elements result in this unique pilsner.

St Bernardus
St.Bernardus Prior 8 is a traditional abbey beer, brewed in the classic dubbel style. The original recipe dates back to the times when we still brewed under licence for the monks of Westvleteren. St.Bernardus Prior 8 stands out with its fruity aroma, reminiscent of tree fruits like red apples, but complemented by exotic touches of figs and dates. The whole is rounded off perfectly by impressions of caramel and roast malt. The full taste is malty and fruity in equal measure and achieves the perfect balance between bitter and sweet.

Oud Beersel
Salted Tangerine Peel is a Chinese seasoning made from sun-dried tangerine orange peel, commonly used in Chinese cuisine and herbal medicine. The salted tangerine peel gives a full body to the Lambic and the tangerine flavor is a perfect match for the citrus character of the Lambic.

Bon Secours
Bon Secours Héritage is the first historical beer from our brewery. Unpasteurized and refermented in the bottle, this amber beer offers an elegant coppery color thanks to a subtle dosage of pale malts and brown sugar. Its foam is smooth and persistent. On the palate, it is dry and develops a long and fine bitterness with beautiful notes of caramel.
