This is a co-hosting event. You celebrate Belgian beer culture at your venue and event. We promote on our calendar and social media; you host.
In Belgium if you already regularly hold beer events related to Belgian beer or showcase Belgian beer styles and culture or are an example of a Belgian bar, brewer or tradition then you can highlight that as well.
Belgian beer culture is recognised by UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
Join us in celebrating this culture together worldwide on the last week of August. For the 7th edition we invite beer bars, brewers, bottle shops, beer clubs, event organisers to join us in creating unique experiences over seven days of fun. We welcome participants worldwide, including brewers who brew Belgian inspired beers. For us in Belgium it’s easy – it’s part of the culture.

What we do for you
• Promotion on the website and online calendar
• A page for each event, which you can personalise yourself with text, photos and logo, along with listing in our calendar.
• Promotion of Belgium Beer Week and events through our partners, in the press, online calendars and organic and paid social media posts.
• Belgium Beer Week coasters and stickers (In Belgium you can collect by contacting us / international participants can download digital versions and print as needed)
We are a non-profit organised by Beer Idiots vzw.
What you do for everyone
- We are counting on you to launch innovative events this year. In previous editions participants have hosted live beer canning, tap takeovers, mini-festivals, beer glass blowing, talks on beer archaeology, tours, music and other fantastic events.
You are responsible for:
Promoting your own business and events.
Adding your logo and events to the BBW calendar.
Tip: Promote your events on Facebook and make Belgium Beer Week your co-organiser to ensure it is promoted in our calendar. Use @BelgiumBeerWeek and #BBW26
NOTE: The same events over the week (eg a giveaway or discount) will only be promoted once on the calendar. We are looking for quality, not quantity
