Belgian Beer and Trappist Brewery Discussion @Chicago

Join us in celebration of Belgian Beer Week at 7pm Tuesday for a discussion of Belgian Beer and Trappist breweries, focusing on Rochefort, with Marty Tomszak, author of the upcoming book Time, Silence, and Yeast: A Song of Appreciation for Trappist Communities and Their Beer. We will also be tasting through a few of the Belgian inspired beers Off Color produces (including a collaboration with a real life Belgian brewery) with some insight from Off Color founder and brewer, John Laffler, before pivoting to some real Belgian beer and finishing with a pour of the aforementioned Rochefort.

Tickets are limited and include four 8oz pours of beer and a rollicking good time.
