Thee hotel and restaurant Blesius Garten is based in Trier, the oldest city of Germany and once one of the capitals of the Roman Empire. The beautiful Moselle region is best known for world-class wine, but we live for beer. In 1998 we opened the Kraft Bräu Brewery, now with five core range beers and regular seasonals.
The restaurant combines traditional food with creative dishes based on regional products of best quality. In restaurant and brewery four certified beer sommeliers take care of the guest beers as well as the food pairing aspects and regular tasting events.
As we welcome many guests also from Belgium and the Netherlands, a variety of Belgian beers are part of the menu, from classic sours and trappists to modern craft beers.
