We are a family owned and operated multi award winning pub based in the heart of London’s vibrant East End. The pub was opened by the spirited Elizabeth Grogan in 1989. She was the owner, chef and entrepreneur.
Having tasted 2 Belgium beers at a trade event back in the early 1990’s she appreciated the unique nature of Belgium beers and was determined to stock every Belgium beer available in the UK. For example, The Dove was first pub in the UK to serve Hoegaarden on draught.
