Think Berlin is known for curry wurst but not for beer? Since 1999, we’ve been brewing a liquid revolution right beneath the historic S-Bahn arches between Hackescher Markt and Alexanderplatz. We are Berlin’s oldest independent brewery, dedicated to masterfully balancing exceptional quality with true drinking pleasure.

We master the bridge between everyday, easy-drinking beers and complex specialties for advanced connoisseurs. While our crisp “Berliner Perle” lager offers fresh regional perfection, our passion lies in reviving historic local treasures. We are proud of our award-winning, authentic “Luise”—a true, traditional Berliner Weisse brewed with mixed cultures and bottle-conditioned, completely free of artificial syrups.

Creative but never reckless, our wide variety of beers is always balanced and incredibly satisfying to drink. But we don’t just sell bottles; we share experiences.
